South Australian Dust Disease Regulations
Since 2006 the Government has had legislation in place to assist victims in resolving negligence claims against employers for related dust diseases.
The Government has recently agreed to amend the regulations and is now seeking comment on whether further changes are appropriate. A discussion paper has been produced that identifies specific issues for comment.
Submissions are invited until 5pm Monday 19 May 2008.
Submissions are to be sent to GPO Box 464, Adelaide SA 5001 or can be emailed to attorney-general@agd.sa.gov.au.
